1. Depends on table conditions and whether its MP1 or Hijack.
2. Depends on table conditions and the quality of the limper.
3. All raises.

On 3, I rarely see blinds tight enough to raise the last 4 hands.

i don't care so much if they fold as i have a good hand to see the flop and open-limping from CO is crap. it only has to work a small percentage of the time, coupled with the times i'll hit and win: raising is the best option.

I see plenty of tight blinds on prima and absolute.
