I usually raise the flop to around $20.

I usually do this but occasionally push. I never flat call.

I think you really need to pop him on the flop here. The flop is really the only street where you're going to have some fold equity, and since a flop call telegraphs a draw, you give him a chance to get away when you hit. I'd get more money in sooner.

IMO I don't see JTh as a raising hand in this situation. If everyone had just called around to you then you might raise, but I don't consider it a reraising hand. There are 12 overcards in deck against you!

Actually only 9 because 3 are hearts.

I'm confused. Are you saying you shouldn't reraise the flop? Unless we're looking at a set here, hero has 15 outs and a lot of fold equity.

You're not reraising JTh here because you think you have the best hand at the moment (though you might). You're reraising because you have at least 12 and possibly 14 outs, giving you a lot of equity if called, plus folding equity.

I would push if the stack sizes were different. The way that the stack sizes are, a push is a little awkward.
