Please Recommend A Blue Cheese Dressing

I'm looking for a Restaurant Quality Bleu Cheese Dressing, or as close as I can find. I gotta start eating salads if you know what I mean.

Re: Please Recommend A Blue Cheese Dressing

I've never tasted a store bought brand bleu cheese that was as good as a restaurant. Sometimes when I'm getting a club sandwich at Denny's restaurant I'll get a pint of their blue cheese "to go." It's inexpensive and their bleu cheese is as good as it gets, bar none.

If you're trying to lose weight, bleu cheese is really not the way to go. Out of all the calories per serving in bleu cheese, I think well over 90% are from fat. I don't know any tasty alternatives though, maybe somebody else will chime in with a suggestion.

-Good luck
