question about scratch card

got my first scratch card and won $30 but now what? it doesnt go to my account when i finish scratching it and if i close the window and open it again its unscratched and i just scratch it again to reveal the same $30 prize.

Just scratch it and refresh the page, eventually it will show you the winning ticket and say congradulations.
