I'm 3-betting this a decent amount PF. 19 PFR is a lot. My instinct is to 3-bet the turn. I'm not sure that's right however. If I had played it as you did, I would c/c the river.

A9 = 6 combos
KJ = 3 combos (say he bets river half the time?)

you beat 9 combos

AK = 6 combos
AQ = 6 combos
KK = 3 combos
99 = 3 combos
JJ = 1 combo
AA = 1 combo
QT = 12 combos

you lose to 32 combos

3.5:1, actually seems like an easy check-call. so easy that i think i must've done something wrong. but maybe it's just that easy.

I think your ranges are off.

With the 3rd player left to act behind villain, he's almost never just calling the flop raise with AK, AQ, or A9 and rarely with the sets. Given it is an MP open, K9s is also a definite possibility. Maybe sometimes he slowplays the sets, but he's closer to 2:1, which is still a pretty easy check-call.

they're not the best ranges, but yeah looks like it doesn't matter so much.
