Making Best Web Page Ever

Hi, just wanted to let all my friends out there know that today I started making what will be, the best web page ever. www.DestinyBoy.com (that refers to me, boy of destiny, it's from Calvin and Hobbes). Isn't much up there yet, but don't worry I will keep you all updated on progress.

What program should I use to do it? Notepad is obviously the best way but since I haven't done HTML in a while it's too time consuming, and frontpage I have to buy. Also, does anyone out there want to make or maintain this site for me? It will be relatively simple.

Just leave it the way it is. Understated. Simple. Yet very classy.

look into php nuke or DotNetNuke... unless you want to spend hours building your site.
