Value bet against possible tripps?

Villian did sat down maybe five hands ago so no reads. Just the fact that he didnt have more then 15BB when he first sat down. At this time he had 19.5$.

2/4$ 6-Handed
Dealt to Hero AA

Hero Raises, 4 Fold, Villian Calls in BB

*** FLOP ***(4.5 SB) [2c Qs Qh]
Villian Checks, Hero Checks
Not much to talk about?

*** TURN ***(2.25 BB) [2c Qs Qh] [6s]
Villian Checks, Hero Bets, Villian Calls
Hmm, no bet. Now i think its much more probable that he will call down.

*** RIVER ***(4.25 BB) [2c Qs Qh 6s] [Jd]
Villian Bets, Hero??
Now what?

why check? he expects you to bet.

the way you played this hand you must raise the river.

Why on earth would you not bet this flop?? Do you enjoy flushing money down the toilet?

bet the flop. He'll either call with K9 all the way or dump it to your first bet. Plus, dumping on turn is more likely.

Hate to sound like a broken record, but fire those bets out there.

I'd bet bet bet, raise the river (although by betting the whole way it changes the whole hand obviously).

Does anybody hate the line of betting the flop, checking the turn if he calls the flop and checks to you, then betting or raising the river?? Or is this probably just decent if you know the guy to be solid, in which case there's no reason to raise the river?
