yes they are.

the picture on the fppstore is still of the 2nd edition....but their web-site announcement about it included info that they when you order WLLHE now you will be getting the 3rd edition.

I ordered it just a couple days after it came out (or was announced or whatever) and they sent me my 3rd edition copy very quickly.
Just ordered another one via the FPP store actually since I just gave my first copy to my Dad before I had much of a chance to read through it.
