I concur chester, this show definitely has improved my skill as far as reading board in correlation with putting opponents on hands, seeing what the final two streets could complete has been crucial to my overall improvement.

I just wanted to say that I think Bary has some of the best insitncts for poker. He might not be the most experienced out of the bunch but we are going to see Bary in higher and higer games if not some tournys on TV...

Barry, how is your tourney game? Do you play many of them?
For some reason I think I'm better at tourneys than cash games probably cause I'm not afraid to "take a stand" as Tuch was saying earlier. Also seems easier for me to just calculate my M and just plan accordingly.

This year's WSOP Hellmuth checked blind against one opponent with good results in my opinion. For him, it was like he gained position onn the other player and got a read on him as well.

I completely believe you guys -- now that you've said it -- that you have to pay for the archives. And far be it that I think the archives aren't a great deal (Because they are an amazing value) but I just have a pet peeve dealing with people who feign ignorance at the comps they get with their work. Haven't deceided. Probably will play 4-6 events for fun. My tourney experience is -EV, but there is plenty of dead money in the side cash games during that time. It is a fun time to be there. The thrill of cashing in the 3K NLHE was a rush. Of course, sucking hind tit in the other 4 took me down a peg.
