Passive games/Blinds opinions

In passive games, what do you folks believe the value of getting free or cheap looks from your blinds is worth?
either 1/2 or 2/3 chip structure.
Is there any way to put a good educated aproximation on it?

If you were playing in a game were you rarely got to see your Big blind for free, it would have a financial impact due to flops you may have hit had there been no raise.
In pasive games were you get to see alot of free flops from your big blind or cheap flops from your small blind, you would gain financially from these free or cheap looks.
Do you think there is anyway to figure a good guess as to what these free looks are worth?
It has to be a decent amount, especially for a player that plays well post-flop.
Likewise, you have to be giving EV when you let blinds in for free.

Does that clarify things a bit?

Re: Clarification

It should not be significant at all. If there is a big difference, it means you are folding your blinds too much.
