Would be a good excuse for me to take a drive...been a LONG time since I've been to the area (driving back and forth btwn 10-20 at FW and 10-20 Half Kill at Mohegan; too bad the latter no longer exists). I always liked FW though (hotel, restaurants, etc). I can be there in 6 hours (nah, screw it, I'm flying).

I have almost never seen it going, except intermittently during tournament time. I don't even see them running an interest list.

They do regularly get 3+ tables of 20-40 going, even on a weekday afternoon.

They will spread all sorts of games if there is interest - and while others are there more often than I am, I don't think you can regularly count on anything above the 20 being spread. And sometimes even that is a mess like two nights ago where they had the full game and then the "must move" table with like three guys on it getting annoyed.

If only we could've gotten the 10-20 or 20-40 Shhhhhhhhh game spread (1 round of Stud and then 9 rounds of Hold 'em) everything would've been roses.

I just don't get how a room the size of Foxwoods with proximity to large cities can't get bigger than a 20-40 going on a regular basis. The only possibility is incompetant management as far as I can tell.

There was an interest list last Saturday, but I don't think the game was spread.

I can't understand why a casino that uses only $5 and $25 chips would spread a 40/80 game. If they had $10 or $20 chips, it would make sense. But playing 40/80 w/ 5 and 25 chips is such a pain in the ass. People put in wrong amounts, get confused, slows the game down.
Just jack it up to 50/100. Goes so much faster.

Another example of how Foxwoods is so cluelessly run.

$20-$40 alone would benefit from $10 chips.

While I know I am in the minority, I would always like to have games where all of the bets have a chip counterpart. For example, in the $20-$40, you need a $10 chip for the SB, a $20 chip for the big blind, and while I'd like $40 and $80 chips, I'd settle for just having $10 and $20 dollar ones.

$50-$100 is doable with the $25's and $100's that they have now. But, yes, $40-80 wouldn't exactly be a breeze...
