Two questions - Hands per hour/risk of ruin

Ok I plan on playing some 2/4 live at Tunica (Sam's Town, just to get the poker room rate). My question si as follows

I have to play 5 hours a day to get the room rate and will probably play more than that (let's say 6 a day).

1. How many hands per hour can you expect to see B&M?

2. Online they advise you to have 300 BB and play winning poker not to go bust. How many should I have to not bust for say 24-25 hours worth of play? Assume I am playing winning poker because I crush micro limits online and my last B&M experience showed me how BAD live play is, so I fully expect to be playing some of the better poker at the table (and we all know that doesn't translate to wins always).

According to 35 hands/hr, 25 hours, and 150BB, you would have to lose at a rate of 17BB/100 to go bust, which would be a helluva downswing. Best of luck.
