Bankroll question

Hey guys I have a question. Is it possilbe through these bonus sights to start a bankroll with little or no money. I have earned 20$ selling play chips. Are there any sights I can go to build my bankroll. Is it all scams whats going on? I saw this one website that said they gave you 50$ to play on partypoker, are there other sites like this. Are the they legit? Thanks
