1-3 Live Nut Flush on Paired Board

Hand happened a while ago. Live (1-3 blinds), so no nice HH.

Hero has $180, Villian covers. He's an old man. He's been pushing everyone around for a while, raising 35-40% of hands with nothing and no one, including myself, has stood up to him.

Villian is UTG+1, opens for $12. This raise means AA-22, AK-45o. Folded to me on button with Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and I call; blinds fold.

Flop ($28) A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] rag non- [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain checks, Hero bets $30, villain calls

Turn ($88) A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villian bets $30, Hero calls

River ($148) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain bets $100. Hero?

Pushes AI and slowly reaches into his pocket and gets ready to call for a chip runner. But more times than not, he will fake himself out and end up stacking his pot.

How aggressive is he postflop? I think you should raise the turn.
