Im 100% sicilian, and I eat pigs feet all the time. In fact, I last night my family got together to make salsissa and red sauce, and we put pigs feet in the sauce (you take them out after). Weve also put rabbit, quail etc in the sauce for taste. I eat alligator on a regular basis, I dont know if people think its gross, but its awesome to me. I suggest getting to a cajun/creole joint and tryin git.

Chicken. I get nauseous whenever I think about chicken. We have a running joke in my house: There are only two kinds of meat: "beef and pork". Poultry and fish don't count.
