Figuring out profit for SNGs

$30+3 Table: 89 wins / 110 losses / 44.72% wins

Can someone give me a rough formula for figuring out my 'estimated' profit for this many games?

1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%

Why not just take you current bankroll and subtract your starting bankroll?

are you kidding me? you can't do this by yourself?

jesus.

how about 89x.5x150+89x.3x90+89x.2x60-33x89-110x33 for profit, and that /33x(89+110) for ROI.

or hey, you could look at your bankroll and see what you made.

in the future, don't use poker prophecy.

Your profit will =0 fairly soon then when Party shuts your account.

Edit: You'll probably just get warned first, but to get banned for using an illegal program to check your own stats would be very very high in the list of things that are too silly for words.

Simply because I don't have the luxury of keeping my poker winnings in my account. I use them to pay bills.

I also keep no track whatsoever of my winnings. I just know I win money, and have been for more than a year.

Well prophecy numbers are estimates at best. Then you don't give any info as to your finish distribution. I believe there is no way to get even a rough estimate. Maybe use a program like Hoods SNG tracker or something.

The problem with this is we don't know what "wins" means? I will assume you mean "in the money" (or ITM) finishes. How many of those were 3rds, 2nds and 1sts? Additionally, was this at a site where tournaments are 9 handed or 10 handed?

now some math with some assumptions, 10 handed and an even distribution of itm finishes

E(for entry fees): 89+110 = 199. 199x33=$5,467

A) 30 firsts = $4,500
B) 30 seconds = $2,700
C) 29 thirds = $1,740

total winnings = A+B+C = W (for winnings) or $8,940
total profit = W - E = P (for profits) or $3,473

I hope this helps and the math is right. It is late and I am drunk.

Ryan
