minraise on turn I don't like. Bet or check/call IMO.
60~ish on the river? Unless you think he'll call an all-in alot of the time.

After your min-checkraise on the turn, you can't really check-call the river because he'll probably check behind. Unless he's a wild man, you probably took away his ability to bluff. I say that you lead out for $45 and hope he raises you.
