I've only known one person who does and he said that his girl must use Wet-Ones or he doesn't do it. As a side note, Wet-Ones are really great for wiping your ass.

I would guess the avg age for the first assmeal is somewhere around 25, so most OOTiots just havent eaten ass yet.
