Push it.

You obviously arent folding, and just calling gives 2 more players a chance to catch an ace, king, or other better hand. Chase off the dead money and get heads up with CO, who you're ahead of more often than not. I also think its quite unlikely that either UTG or MP3 has AA or KK, so that shouldnt be a big concern.

Also, if you were to just call and the flop was safe, are you going to get more money out of the other players? Not terribly likely, unless they have you beat. The only possibility is against AJ on a flop of Jxx, or JJ on a rag flop, or something like that.

Pushes... Is the question whether to try and trap into more chips on the flop, or whether you can get away from it if he has AA or what? You have the best hand here 95% of the time, and hes a superdonk, so push it.
