Implications of being an affiliate

For those of you who are affiliates, any worry of possible legal implications???

Or for those of you who have looked into it, are there any?

Do you worry about playing? I'm not of the opinion that poker/casinos are illegal in the US. As far as I know, it's been shown that the Wire Act only applies to Sports Betting (by shown I mean court decisions). Can't remember where I read that, but I do remember reading it multiple times.

I'm thinking players have little to worry about.

In the worry hierarchy, if american, it might be ranked like this:

1. Site owners
2. Skin Onwers
3. Rakeback sites
4. Affiliates
5. sites like 2 + 2, which simply accept advertising
6. players

That being said, i dont know if 3, 4, 5 or 6 realistically have any reason to worry.

I don't think Affiliates are at any risk
