Two pair/weak low against maniac LAG, can I call river? 5/10
 

Villain is bad, but not to the point where she would be betting just a 23xx on that flop, so it would have to be something exact like 235x or 7723. Am I good enough one way enough to call this?

You need to fold. You are going to be beat in both directions a vast majority of the time here.

I would call. You rarely scoop, but I think your odds are good enough. It seems like you are often against a five with a counterfeit low.
Your low isn't that bad. You lose only to 2 3, 2 6 and 3 6.
Also there is the small chance that you are against kkxx.
