pokerroom/eurobet pokertracker issue

anyone else not able to import hands from pokerroom/eurobet into pokertracker?

I play on eurobet, and no problem for me. Just followed the instructions for importing pokerroom HH's on the pokertracker website and it works like a charm.

there is some 1 time setup you need to do, instructions for which are in PT help.

Apparently, there is some kind of conflict between the SQL Lite settings used by Pokerroom and the Prima Sites. (Both store HH's in a SQL Lite database, rather than as flat files).

If you have the latest version of PT including the latest PT Help Files then there is an idiot-proof guide to fixing this provided from the "Auto-Import Pokerroom HH's Window".

If you can't figure it out, post your problem on the PT Support Forum for the usual extremely rapid response from Pat.
