i think it's fair to say that the yankees were playing better down the stretch than any other team. yankees in 4 and only because of the colon-mussina matchup which i feel may be a close game that we are going to lose.

Yeah. The Angels were only 14-2 in the last 16 games, a team like that has no chance probably.

Wait, did Colon implode in the last couple games of the year or something? I thought he was a Cy Young candidate. Why is everyone still so high on Mussina? It makes no sense.

Mussina could shut the Angels down tonight, or he could give up 8 runs in 3 innings. There is no telling with him anymore.
