If I was playing the hand, I'd definitely put him on something that loses to my jacks full.

Since you posted it, though, I'm sure he had 77 and didn't 3-bet the river because, uh, he didn't think you'd call a 3-bet? Maybe he thinks a flush beats quads? Who knows.
