I NEED Empire\'s phone #
 

Doesn't Empire have a phone # you can call to talk to??? For some reason I can't login. It says my account name and password don't match. I'm really worried because I have about 2,000 in the account.

Help??? What do I do???

Empire doesn't have phone support, email only ( info@empirepoker.com ).

That being said, I have heard people who have been able to get help with their empire accounts by calling party (1-888-206-4659), your mileage may vary.

I received the number +1 (866) 862-3625 when I opened my account a couple of weeks and needed to have it verifed. It's supposedly to Pay-Pro but the guy from which I received it emailed me from info@empire.com and the person I spoke to had direct access to unblocking my account. Also, it's toll free in US and Canada, so if you live there you don't really have anything to lose by trying it.

it was getting empire support by calling the party # till last month. now they're saying they can no longer do it, and i have to email info@empire.com [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

oh well, thats why i have a party acct too. play on party (no rakeback) then go back to my rebated empire when my question/problem is solved.

why not just request your password be sent to your email?
