Quit raising my damn blind

Alright I have been playing three hand and SB has been raising my BB just about everytime it is folded to him. And doing so with just about any face card any ace or prob two cards higher than eight. I have been folding a bunch on the flop cause i havent been hitting any.

One hand we did take to SD i called with q6s flopped middle pair raised turn and he got to SD with a pair of fours bottom pair. anyways though here is the hand

He opens again and i three bet with A9o he calls.

Flop comes Q 2 5 two hearts I bet he calls

Turn comes blank 6 i bet he raises i fold.

Now i doubt he is raising this turn with comeplete air but i am not sure. Should i even bet here if I am going to fold to a raise? Or should i just suck it up and get to SD?

i'd check the turn and call the river. if you think he might play you off the best hand, just don't let him. betting the turn and taking a free showdown still has you putting in 1 BB, and maybe he bluff raises you. checking behind and calling the river costs the same and guarantees both a showdown, and another shot at some outs, if you are behind.

This is a spot where you have to do one thing some of the time and another thing some of the time if he is any good. So some of the time I do what you did but I also like checking behind and sometimes calling a river bet and sometimes folding. There is no easy answer here IMO. If it helps I think you would do better always folding here than always calling down but neither is the best.

Btw when you say this:

it sounds like he was playing pretty well against you.

Given the circumstances he was really. The flops werent coming down with good texture to put up a lot of resistance and the times I had he end up having the goods.

What do you do combat situations like this?

You played this hand fine. He almost certainly had you crushed. Sometimes people make pairs and good hands against you frequently in a short period. Don't let it get to you, don't make it personal.

Breathe deep and work on my patience. If it gets really bad and I'm still card dead and I can't find anyway to see myself making it to showdown, I get up and stop playing 3-handed for a while.

I get angry and start raising/3-betting lightly.

What he said - also, very much NOT what Kurosh said
