It does favor skilled players more than limit.

a game where instead of betting 2 and 4 you can bet anywhere in side of a certain limit for the betting round like 1-4-4-8 most games like these have a double bet on the end

Actually my favourite is ½pot-limit.

Makes for a great Omaha-game.
