Combining Postgre SQL databases in PT

I would have thought this was possible but can't see anything about how to do so in search or on PT FAQ.

Anyone know how?

It's very difficult to do that. You would have to write some custom code to merge 2 databases like that.

To the best of my knowledge your best bet would be exporting the hands from the smaller of the two databases then importing them into the larger. As far as I know there's no better way to do this.

From what I understand this is the best way (maybe the only, not sure on that)
