Rate players

I recently copied the text of someone's ratings of players and pasted it into a txt file. ansi file. when i import the rules, it comes up blank. can someone help me with this?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RATING PLAYERS

Step 1.) Examine stats. Check notes. Recall recent history with player in question.

Step 2.) Draw conclusions.

Step 3.) Laugh at how easy it all was.
