Villian here is a 16/12/1 over 25 hands havn't noticed much of anything form him yet.

At worst this is a check call situation. There was no preflop cap so I dont think you're up against AQ or AK. Folding seems pretty bad IMO.

later on after 40 hands his AF turned into .4

would someone c/r AJ here? or AT? I didn't think the latter possibly the first... in all reality I should have called down just for the read.

Wouldnt have c/r but probably would have 3-bet his c/r. I have a hard time thinking you're behind enough times to ever fold this.
