This is going to sound retarded but...

I only get sick about once every 3 years or so. I am sick now with the flu. I go to my local Chinese Food establishment and get the big container of Hot & Sour soup and eat that. It will clear your throat and sinuses the first day and clear your lower half the next. Get some Diet Ginger Ale and drink that too. You want diet because you don't want a sugar buzz to go with the headache.

If you have a real sore throat get some hot tea and put a shot of peppermint schnapps in it with a teaspoon of honey.

Finish the night off with NyQuil...Never Measure just take a big gulp from the bottle.

This works for me.

Rest (and I mean rest - do as little as possible) and drink. Eat simple when you get to feeling like it.

Then come clear up Dodge.
