Seems fine to me.

Re: QJo, $55, Level 2, OOP on flop
I don't like leading out here. Depending on how you want to procede with the rest of the hand, I either check/call or c-raise, either on the flop or turn. Getting raised here just creates too many problems on future streets.

Re: QJo, $55, Level 2, OOP on flop
Do you normally complete with QJo and only 1 caller?
I check-call the flop with the intention of check-raising a safe card on the turn. |

[/ QUOTE ] I did think about this, but, it's the old fine balance of protecting my hand as well as the obvious draw, which I'm unlikely to get any money from if it hits.. The possible flush draw on the flop is the main problem. |

Re: QJo, $55, Level 2, OOP on flop
With that flop and QJ, I am raising here at every available opportunity. I'd repop to like 300.

Re: QJo, $55, Level 2, OOP on flop
This is a feasible line, the problem is, it's going to get any hand I have beat fold, and it's similar to that AKs on two suited flop that Irie commented on yesterday, I'm not sure I actually want him to fold right now. I rate to be ahead and have a strong draw anyway, so it's probably not a bad thing to string him along for a bit.

Re: QJo, $55, Level 2, OOP on flop
Considering villains small stack I reraise allin on the turn for sure.

I was hoping for the river to bring a card upon which he would bluff, after his t150 bet on the turn I figured there was a high probability he would, with ~t300 left. When it duly obliged I was not impressed he checked behind; but he would have folded to a turn push anyways. |
