I would say full tilt. But there are a lot of annoying short-stacks, even up to the 200 level.

It depends on what you mean by "weaker." I think that UB's players are more weak/tight, FT's are more LAG.

Dunno, FT players are tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight in my experience, too many bonus whores, but I havent played there in about 6 months.
