Current State of San Diego Casinos?

I haven't really frequented the B&M's in San Diego for about a month. Wondering how the games are and what is typically spread at Sycuan, Viejas, and Ocean's 11.

Wondering about both limit and NL. Any info appreciated.

Ocean's Eleven:
Limit: 3-6, 4-8 kill, 8-16 kill, 20-40 all going daily
No Limit: $40 buy in 1-1 blinds, $200-$500 5-5 blinds, both daily

Viejas
Limit: 3-6, 4-8 kill daily; 8-16 kill usually going by early evening during the week, more on weekends; 15-30 well, I've been on the board for it, I'll just say that.
No Limit: Sorry, don't remember.

Also, a number of the 20/40 players at Ocean's play 40/80 overs.

Viejas has at least one 1-3NL 200max going just about always and on weekends or tourney days a 2-5 500max. limit from 1/2 (no checkraising...lol) to 8/16. Usually at least one 8/16 and two 4/8 going. All limit tables besides 1/2 utilize kill buttons.

Barona has the worst NL game in town with 1-3 100max. As if 100max isn't shitty enough, most people buy in short. Casino itself is very nice however and comps are better than viejas. Poker room has 15 tables and was remodeled recently. Nice HDTVs all around and such. Reccomend you play the 8/16 there, which is the highest limit they offer.

Oceans is over 21 so I dont go there much in fear of getting carded. They have 20/40 limit and 5-5 NL is always popular.

Of couse if you really want a big game check out commerce in LA. NL w/ no cap up to 20-40 and a sushi bar... what more can you ask for?

i have been going to viejas a lot lately, infact im going in about an hour .

they have a few 2/4 tables(no check raising), alot of 3/6 tables, some 4/8, and some 8/16. i know i have seen a 15/30 game there but i don't know if its everyday. the 15/30 seemed really soft as does the 8/16. they have 1-3 no limit and 2-5 no limit.

just got back after a disasterous session

they have 1-3 NL which is constantly running, also 2-5 and 5-10 NL waiting lists, i don't they had enough people to start. there was only 1 4/8 game going the whole day. there was a waiting list for 8/16 but it never got started. and the 15/30 game "rarely gets started, only on the weekends".

What the hell kind of public game has a "no check raise" rule?? The last game I ran into with that rule was a 0.25/0.5 at the local bowling alley....

A 1/2 game at a podunk indian casino. I don't bother with the indian casinos there. Ocean's Eleven is all you need. It's so much better I don't know why anybody would go to the indian casinos unless the drive was significantly shorter.
