I just bought this. Are there any other similar shoes that could take a beating, last a long time, and yet won't look horribly out of place if wearing a pair of slacks?

Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. The original shoe was designed as a sandal for white water rafting and now they make shoes. They have like a full rubber cap over the toe, protecting your little piggies.

What's with all the fashion threads lately? Anyway, I love big, clunky shoes, and GBX are usually my favorite. My current pair:

*Edit* Didn't notice the "slacks" part - I usually wear these with jeans...they can work with the right pants (boot fit), but they are definitely best with jeans.
