I open to 65 in MP with 88, folded to the SB...his limit hold em stats FWIW are 22/7/1.3, I kind of suspect he is a winning nut peddler.

Flop K73 rainbow, he check and calls a 130 dollar bet.

Turn offsuit 9 putting 2 spades on board, he checks and I bet 327 the size of the pot

Yea good point, I guess I wasnt completely sure of his style. My read was that he had a King and would fold it because everyone folds in this game it seems. Is that too narrow?

This isn't exactly a scare card. Usually a bluff works better when you are representing a specific hand. What hand is he going to put you on that was helped out by a 9? This is a pretty risky play, but I guess depends on his usual turn action. Does he usually check fold the turn when he misses?

I did it because I thought he had a K and I thought he would fold it
