i was playing 200 and 400 nl and 100 plo, but i withdrew a lot in preparation for a trip to europe this summer and currently my online roll is enough for 50nl but no more.

Really really fishy. But as Xorbie said it is soo much different than Hold'em. I am actually a PLO player that is now learning NL since there aren't any real mid-limit Omaha games. You can play up to 1-2, but after that there isn't a ton until the big games

not sure why you took a break, as I just started posting a lot on the forum again, but I recently just did the same thing. I hadn't played much for 5-6 months, tried to go back to playing $200nl, and didn't feel good about my play at all, and didn't have as big a bankroll as I used to, so thought I would rather play crappy at lower stakes until I stopped sucking. Moved to $50nl for a couple weeks, and now I'm back at $200nl and feel much better about the way I'm playing.
