Can\'t withdraw transfered money on UB?
 

I transfered some money to a friend on UB. When he tried to withdraw, they told him he couldn't do it without playing first, so he sent it back to me. I tried to withdraw and got this email from them. Anyone ever had this problem before? Is there anything I can do?
