I just can't figure these posts out, unless they are a scam. Why not use Neteller like everyone else? Party to Neteller is quick and Stars to Neteller is instant.

I live in Maryland, Neteller doesn't allow Maryland residents to have an account. I've heard bad things about FirePay so the only "web wallet" I have is CentralCoin and Party doesn't have that as a deposit option.
