Only once every six months. Email them. They tend to know more about what they'll allow than a bunch of poker players. And as a bonus you wouldn't be taking up any bandwith.

Yes, every 6 months. Email with your top 3 choices and they'll change it and e-mail you back. You other info has to stay the same, but your screen name can be changed.
