4 all-ins preflop!

No hand history because I'm at work, bear with me.

Ok, so I decided I wanted to get a little tricky on this table and here's what I did. (6-max 100 NL, party, everyone has approximately $100)

UTG (pfr = 35%) raises to $3 (like always), UTG + 1 calls,
CO calls, button calls...

I have 7/8s and I decide forget these crappy raises; I reraise to $25. Is this play ok given all these limps?

Anyway, BB folds, UTG goes all-in for $100, UTG+1 calls, fold, button calls, and its on me: I need to call $75 for ~325 pot with 7/8s and I figure I'm getting pretty good odds here with these two live suited cards. So I call. What do you think?

I don't really see the reasoning, given that you're putting in 25% of your stack preflop and probably have to fold to a raise unless the pot is massively multi-way.

I think you squandered your chance to take a flop, decide whether or not you're going to smack an overpair with it, and fold if you missed.

When it's all said and done, though, I probably call the all-ins. Pot odds + tilt value.

you raised a field of people that called raises to 25 from the SB with 78 suited? Did I read that right. Horrible play IMO. If you are going to try this, at least have the button. I guess I don't mind calling 75 to win 325 since your hand figures to play well multiway, but I think its marginal and might even be -ev, but you'll certainly get good advertising if the table doesn't break after this hand.

the play isn't as bad since you did it on the button....i don't hate it now, but it's certainly risky, hope it worked out for you.

I don't like the preflop raise. This is the kind of hand that you want a lot of players in. Call the $3 and see the flop. You're on the button, so you get to act last. I like this situation.
