Button ($128.80)
Hero ($391.80)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7h, 5d. Hero posts a blind of $2.
UTG raises to $8, MP calls $8, CO calls $8, Button calls $8, Hero (poster) raises to $48, 1 fold, UTG folds, MP folds, CO folds, Button thinks for 15 seconds and calls $42.

Flop: ($128) Jd, 2s, Tc (2 players)
Hero pushes. Villian thinks for a long time and calls.

Turn: 6s (2 players)

River: Js (2 players)

Thoughts?

A guy raises preflop and gets three callers. My thought is you picked a less than an ideal time to make a play with trash.

a guy MINRAISES preflop and gets callers. They are not too strong or they would have minraised.

short stacks don't fold there... they are pot committed pre flop in their minds. also, that flop hit a lot of hands.
