Dealing with hyper-aggro big stack

We've noticed this phenomenon recently, namely a very big stack playing every hand ultra-aggressively with any two cards and essentially putting anyone who plays with him all-in. Any suggestions on the best way to deal with this situation?

Be the Big stack..............

OR what wait for a big hand and hope it holds up.

Thinking you need a big hand is a mistake. Pick a hand that's ahead of the range that he's pushing preflop or on the flop and take your chances.
