10/20 river bet extraction - weak lead time?

Table was playing sort of tight passive, but my bets were getting a lot of respect so far postflop.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) converter

Button ($2024)
Hero ($2282)
BB ($2120)
UTG ($2691)
MP ($1928)
CO ($1990)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $10.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $20, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($60) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $80</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $160</font>, CO calls $80.

(I think my reraise was way too small here...)

Turn: ($380) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $200</font>, CO calls $200.

River: ($780) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

what to bet? Opponent is decent and capable of moves. His minraise on the flop did not have to be a monster obviously.

I like a reraise to 250 on the flop.

on the river I like a check raise.

make it look like a QJ or JT.

I bet out $150 on the river for a rare weak lead from me. I just felt it was a good spot and I was representing 2-pair or the botom striaght.

He raised to $800, I called (why didn't I reraise - is there any value to reraising here?). He had 99 and MHIG.

I like the way u played. Just a bigger re-raise on flop and that's how i'd have played.

I like the turn half pot bet. It makes opponent think he is against two pair or something.

And i like the small bet on river, coz i doubt he would call a big one.
