This is exactly what I thought.

FWIW, this is the first freeroll (with $0 up for grabs) I've ever played. I wanted to get a little omaha practice while I killed time before the $11r tourny. And well, it turned into a lot of practice. It was a great experience though b/c I've never played short-handed/heads-up omaha before. Freeroll or not, it's convinced me to play a couple more omaha tournies.

I've also never written the word omaha so many times in one post.

They probably want to keep play money inflation down. Otherwise, more play cash gets pumped in from people getting more chips.
