Vision exercises
 

Ok...so I'm bored and fliping to this infomercial on the travel channel when bravo goes to commercials. The infomercial is selling some crap method to help your vision through eye movement exercises. Well, I'm sure it's crap since it's an infomercial, but do any of you know of good eye movement exercises? My eyes have been feeling quite strained lately. I guess the 10+ hours a day in front of some sort of screen is beginning to get to me.

Just stare into space. Out of the window is fine. You're aiming for infinite focus. I do this for about 30 seconds-60 seconds every hour at the screen, and works fine.
