Final Pot: 16.75 BB

The river made this easy. Is there anything about the turn, and flop that I should read into?

Re: KK - Hand 2

I think it's important to be aggressive with overpairs here and often you can't read too much into flop raises, but IMO you're behind like 80% of the time when he raises the turn. Don't like the 3 bet. I think I would c/r the river.

Re: KK - Hand 2

I think he's going to be ahead on the turn after he raises to I just call. If you just call it makes a river c/r the best option. Since it capped on the turn I think bet/3bet the river is a better line than c/r.

I'm curious...did he have a set of 7's and so feared you had a set of 10's by the time the river came?

No, he had A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

This guy is obviously a goofball, but I'm more interested in general reads, and correct play.

IMO you need a specific read that this guy goes crazy with draws or hands that an overpair can beat in order to put this many bets in. Much more often than not that turn raise means you are toast.

Yeah, he's got you beat? Slow down on the turn.

I would just call the turn raise and then CR the river.
