I don't remember his exact stack but CO was chipleader for sure and so wasn't outchipped. Question tho - if there WERE someone yet to act who had CO covered, wouldn't that make his raise stronger because he risked being reraised all in?

In this situation, where 2BB is an average stack, and if the Button had him covered, I would see a minraise as weakness, as this leaves him an average stack if he was reraised all in and had to fold. Considering that everyone seems so keen to move up rather than play for 1st- putting all your chips when you dont have to would signify real strength to me, and conversely, leaving some behind when they would be at risk would appear weak.
