how often should is 3-bet the river vs call (how often will this raise be a garbage Ax two pair as opposed to a hand that beats mine)

Depends on read. Would he play a flopped set in such a manner, play 4-4 to the river, or smoothcall the turn with 89?

I see A-x a lot more here, I'd 3-bet, really depends on comfort level.
