I need info re GHB (the \"date rape drug\")
 

I need practical info re GHB for a lawsuit I am defending. The issue is whether this girl was on GHB, or had a GHB addiction, when the accident happened. I need to know:
1) What form and usual container/packaging does it come in? (Charleston, SC area)
2) what is dosage/cost?
3) Are there accurate tests?
4) Are the tests good post-mortem?

well, the person who ingested the drugs is dead, but I'm assuming he's seeking a settlement for the family or something. that's who I was referring to in my other post. although I do feel bad for the person who died in the situation.



for the OP, one of the more amusing nicknames I've heard for GHB is 'Georgia Homeboy.' I'd try to work this into your case if possible
